Elders of Excellence is developing four connected capabilities. We welcome exploratory conversations with senior centers, nonprofits, housing organizations and public agencies.

AI Adoption & Education for Older Adults
AI education for everyday life: an approachable introduction to what AI is, asking useful questions and exploring everyday uses such as drafting a message or understanding unfamiliar terms. Planned coaching includes checking answers, recognizing mistakes and misinformation, and protecting personal information. AI tools can be wrong; they do not replace qualified medical, legal or financial advice.
Broadband Adoption Assistance
Planned assistance includes understanding internet options, comparing available plans, connecting supported devices and learning to use the internet. Provider availability, eligibility, costs and any financial assistance must be checked; no free internet, subsidy or provider partnership is promised.
Community Digital Inclusion Programs
Planned formats include group classes, workshops, individual coaching and coordinated training programs. Content, accessibility needs, participant numbers, location and timing would be discussed with each organization before agreeing on a program.
