Arranging and paying for a visit.
A family member can help coordinate or pay for agreed work. Arrangements, scope and price are confirmed before the appointment. Payment does not automatically authorize access to another person’s accounts or information.
During the visit.
We explain the agreed work at the person’s pace and ask permission before working with their devices or accounts. They enter their own passwords and verification codes.
Updates and next steps.
We agree with the person receiving help what information may be shared, with whom and how. Guidance after the visit relates to the work completed; additional support is arranged separately.
In-home help and continuity.
In-home assistance is available by arrangement. Share your ZIP code so we can confirm coverage, travel arrangements and availability before scheduling. Build on the guidance from your visit with additional help by arrangement. Follow-up visits have a separately agreed scope, price and availability; ongoing or unlimited support is not included.
